Botanika Floral

Bea is a talented Sussex based horticulturist and floral stylist who got in touch with me because she needed a new website to promote her growing floral design business.

Botanika Floral didn’t have a logo or brand identity so we began by establishing the style direction for the brand, identifying the key attributes to be communicated. As part of the brand styling package I designed a logo and carefully selected a colour palette and fonts to appeal to Bea’s ideal clients.

The website is a bespoke responsive design, tailored to Bea’s exact needs. It features a gallery to showcase her work and a detailed form for wedding flower enquiries. A user-friendly Content Management System allows Bea to update the site easily.

Syder and Young

Syder and Young Ltd is a Sussex based training and recruitment company, operating nationwide and specialising in primary healthcare. Originally commissioned to carry out a review of their existing website, I was delighted when Director, Barry Syder then asked me to re-design their entire website for them.

Starting from the ground up, the new website is planned and structured around user needs. We worked together with a copywriter to make site content both coherent and informative for visitors. Prominent testimonials throughout the site help build trust, whilst blog functionality allows Syder and Young to share their news and expertise.

Working with their existing logo and brand colours, I extended the colour palette, selected fonts and created a visual style for the site to support the brand values and attributes that Syder and Young wished the site to communicate. We commissioned bespoke photography to capture their approachable professionalism and personal service.

As standard I built the site using a responsive approach so it is optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop devices. The integrated CMS makes it easy for Syder and Young to keep their website up to date with current information – latest training courses, job vacancies, testimonials and blog posts can be added quickly, and once a course or job closing date has passed it will automatically disappear from the web page.

Delia Landgrebe website

Delia Landgrebe
Beauty & Holistic Therapist

Delia wanted a simple website to let people know about the beauty treatments and holistic therapies that she offers. A CMS allows Delia to easily update the treatment menus and special offers for her Sussex beauty salon.

The project involved brand identity development, building on from an already existing logo.
